Entry Requirements

Submittals must be limited to no more than two per utility per
award.

Projects completed during calendar year 2007 or 2008 are eligible.

Submittals must be developed by the utility company. Vendors or
consultants may assist in the development of the submittal, but
should not be used for follow up contacts.

Utility companies and/or their subsidiaries that
provide services to other utility companies are
prohibited from entry.

Answers to all questions must clearly indicate facts with
documented results. Unsubstantiated claims of performance,
benefits, service levels and the like will be discounted by the
Judging Panel.

Entries should indicate Executive Sponsor(s).

Entries should indicate all 3rd party software and consulting
firms.

There are no fees or charges associated with the Expanding
Excellence Awards program; however, winners must be present at
CS Week 2009 to accept the award in person and to present a
brief overview of their project. CS Week will be held May 18-22,
2009 at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center in
Washington, DC.

Entry materials can be used by CS Week and will not be
returned.
